We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen renders colours exactly. Finishes on handcrafted stained glass and metal vary slightly between pieces — this is a characteristic of the work, not a defect.

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, and to limit quantities.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and warranty

These are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Warranty, each incorporated into these Terms.

6. Installation and safety

Hardwired lighting must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes. We are not liable for injury, property damage or product failure arising from improper installation or from use of a fixture outside its rated environment.
