FAQs

Ordering

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply lets you see your order history and tracking in one place.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do what we can. Once a parcel is with the carrier it can't be recalled, and it would need to be handled as a return instead.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payment methods shown at checkout are accepted, including major credit and debit cards. Your payment details are handled by Shopify's secure checkout and are never stored by us.

Shipping & delivery

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum.

How long will my order take?

Please allow 2 to 5 weeks for delivery. Most orders arrive within that window. Large outdoor fixtures, stone tables and made-to-order furniture can take up to 9 weeks. Our pieces are made and dispatched by workshops overseas, which is what keeps hand-finished lighting and stone furniture at these prices rather than department-store prices.

If you need something by a particular date, email us before ordering and we'll tell you the realistic window for that piece.

Where do you ship?

Within the United States. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How do I track my order?

Most orders ship with a tracking number, sent by email at dispatch — use the link in that email or see Order Tracking.

Some larger items travel on freight services that don't provide a tracking number. For those we email you at dispatch and again when the carrier has a delivery date. You can email us for an update at any point.

Why did my order arrive in separate parcels?

Items in the same order are often dispatched from different workshops and arrive on different days. Nothing is missing — the rest is on its way.

My order arrived damaged

Glass and crystal fixtures are packed carefully, but transit damage occasionally happens. Email us within a few days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage and the packaging, and we'll sort it out.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes — see our Return & Refund Policy for the return window, condition requirements and how refunds are issued.

Products & installation

What bulbs do your fixtures use?

Bulb type and the number of lights are listed on each product page. Most fixtures use standard E26 bulbs unless stated otherwise. Unless a listing says bulbs are included, assume they are sold separately.

Are bulbs included?

Only where the product page says so. Check the listing before ordering.

Do I need an electrician?

Hardwired fixtures — chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts, wall sconces and ceiling fans — should be installed by a qualified electrician in line with local codes. Plug-in lamps need no installation.

Are your fixtures dimmable?

Many are, and it's noted on the product page where it applies. Dimmable LED fixtures need a compatible LED dimmer switch.

Can I use outdoor fixtures indoors?

Yes. The reverse isn't true — only fixtures listed as outdoor, solar or damp-rated should be installed outside.

How do I choose the right size?

A rough guide for a dining chandelier: measure your table width and choose a fixture roughly half to two-thirds of it. For a room, add the room's length and width in feet and use that number in inches as a starting diameter. Every product page lists exact dimensions — and if you're unsure, email us your room measurements.

How do I clean stained glass and crystal?

Switch the fixture off and let it cool. Dust with a dry microfibre cloth. For crystal, use a barely damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid ammonia-based cleaners on stained glass and soldered seams.
