What's covered

We warrant our lighting against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery, under normal residential use.

Covered defects include:

• Faulty wiring or electrical components present on arrival
• Failure of the finish or plating under normal indoor conditions
• Defective glass, crystal or metal components
• Motor failure on ceiling fans

What's not covered

• Light bulbs, which are consumable
• Damage from improper installation, or installation not carried out by a qualified electrician
• Damage from misuse, accident, alteration, power surges or acts of nature
• Normal wear, including the natural patina of antique and bronze finishes
• Commercial or outdoor use of fixtures rated for indoor residential use
• Items bought from anyone other than Shop Auveren

Making a claim

Email support@shopauveren.com with your order number, a description of the fault and photographs or a short video showing it. We may ask for proof of professional installation for hardwired fixtures.

If a claim is approved we will, at our discretion, supply replacement parts, replace the fixture, or refund it.

Transferability

This warranty covers the original purchaser and is not transferable.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
