Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by item, because pieces ship from the maker rather than from a single warehouse. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 weeks; some items ship faster, in 1 to 2 weeks, and larger pieces such as furniture and oversized lighting can take up to 9 weeks. The estimate for your item is shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak periods can extend them.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum spend. There are no handling or oversize surcharges.

Large and fragile items

Larger chandeliers, floor lamps and ceiling fans may ship separately from smaller items in the same order and can arrive on different days. Stained glass and crystal are packed for transit, but if anything arrives damaged, photograph the item and its packaging and contact us within 7 days — see our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a parcel once it is with the carrier, and re-delivery of a parcel returned due to an incorrect address may incur a further shipping charge.
